Summary ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion Maison to introduce the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966, synonymous with youth and freedom. Job Description ROLE Working within our Supply Chain Operations department, you will support the After Sales team in its projects and operations. You will interact with the main players in the After Sales Service: Production, Retail Excellence and Operations, at head office and in the Regions. As a proactive thinker, you will contribute to the team’s projects. You will help to effectively monitor and optimize the Worldwide After Sales flows and track their performance in order to support the company's growth objectives. MISSIONS: PROJECTS Supporting the After Sales team in special operations linked to the roll-out of new projects. Producing the materials needed for project monitoring: PPT presentations, meeting minutes, debriefs, reports and project assessments. Follow up and coordinate with the different stakeholders of the projects. Benchmarks on subjects related to the Service's challenges. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Building, monitoring, and improving indicators, and communicating these to the various players in the department. Review of After Sales production & Regions performance (dashboards and analysis). Analysing the quality of our services and products. OPERATIONS / PROCESSES Monitoring and liaising with other departments to respond to customer requests. Monitor and plan the stock of spare parts in the regions. Follow up with Safety Stock and stock levels of these spare parts. PROFILE Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, engineering school, business school, university, etc. You're known for your good interpersonal skills and your ability to react quickly. You are comfortable with figures and analysis. You have good organisational, analytical, and rigorous skills. You are a team player. You have a good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
