OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sake Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sake and beverages, providing exceptional service to enhance the dining experience for our guests. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating Sake selections, educating staff and patrons about Sake pairings, and ensuring that our beverage offerings align with the culinary vision of our establishment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within a fine dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Sake
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
  • Certification from a recognized sommelier program is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for food and beverage pairings, along with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
