JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for preparing and presenting fresh salads, dressings, and cold dishes according to restaurant standards. Ensures quality, portion control, hygiene, and timely service. Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cold kitchen/salad preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
