Part time Salaried ANP post Job Overview We are waiting for the right ANP - Advance Nurse Practitioner to join our small practice team based in Annesley Woodhouse. We value reliability, a good work ethic and working independently but relating to a small team. Start date September. Desired candidate as experienced, with annual leave preference school term.
We value excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills, who would integrate well with the clinical team with active contribution to continuing practice development. We will support the successful candidate with further training as needed. We are a tech friendly System One practice. Our surgery has 1 portfolio GP, 1 salaried GP, 2 experienced ANP’s, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA and extended staff with collaborative working with clinical pharmacists, physiotherapist, social prescribers, and mental health practitioner employed by our Ashfield South PCN.
About us We are a supportive, forward-thinking practice, and have a friendly patient population who value continuity of care. Annesley Woodhouse is a suburban village just north of Nottingham and is close to the M1, A38, Sheffield and the Peak District. Our practice population is circa 6000 patients with a mix of elderly residents and young families. Our close-knit team of reception and administrative staff are on hand to offer support.
