We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GP to join our dynamic practice. You will have the opportunity to work across sites in both a modern, state-of-the-art health centre (High Oak Surgery) and a more traditional setting (Chapel Street Surgery) as part of an NHS Trust. This diverse role offers the chance to provide high-quality primary care to a wide range of patients with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience to promote career development.
Conducting patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone)
Diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions
Prescribing medications
Providing health education and advice for patients
Managing chronic diseases
Participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhering to clinical guidelines and best practice
Participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Contributing to the development and implementation of practice policies
Supporting the training and development of other healthcare professionals
