Within this role you will be undertaking clinical and administrative sessions, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients. On a standard day, you will manage patients with complex and long-term health conditions proactively, ensuring we are able to support our patients in staying well. You will also support the wider MDT by provider expert advice and guidance. You will work alongside a wider multi-Disciplinary Team including: Practices Nurses, ACPs, Wellbeing Advisors, Health Coaches, Physician Associate, and more.
What youll work on A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are care for at the right time, by the right clinician Who can apply? To be eligible for this ARRS-funded role, applicants must meet the following criteria: Be within 2 years of completing your CCT at the time of appointment Not have held a substantive salaried GP role in general practice previously Be fully registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty Register Be on the NHS Performers List Have the right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role) About The Light Surgery: https://onemedicalgroup.co.uk/surgeries/the-light-surgery/ The Light Surgery is a unique GP practice serving individuals who live or work in Leeds city centre.
