Provide high- quality care in a primary care setting. Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients. Management of screening, prevention and chronic care issues. Telephone triage.
Home visits when required. Admin duties: Managing necessary paperwork through EMIS clinical system and ensuring timely communication with other health providers. Adhere to best practice provided by Ashlea Medical Practice, local and national clinical guidelines. Adhere to best practice in line with RCGP/BMA Good Practice guidelines.
Contribute to specific areas of QOF. Attend and contribute to Practice meetings. Contribute to strategic development of the Practice. Maintain appropriate levels of Medical Indemnity cover.
Participate in Practice audits as requested
