JOB Description: Cook / Room-Service / Serving Tables / Chef de Partie / Dishes /
Must have a passion for Restaurant Cooking with at least 2 years under your belt in restaurant kitchens.
Training will start with Dishes and Room-Service, then going to Serving. Then after proficient in Serving then training into Kitchen Prepping and Cooking then as Chef de Partie. Room-Service which includes Taking Room Service to Accommodations and taking Room Service Phone calls. Serving Table training for a 5-Star Dining Room. Kitchen Duties with the Chef Brigade, under Chef and Sous Chef
But regardless, as part of all Restaurant activities, there will be Dishes ( and there is a huge amount of dishes at a 5 Star Resort) and cleaning the kitchen and restaurant and resort, these tasks are always part of the position hired.
Advancement possible with enough knowledge learned and speed of production. Willing to keep learning more from your Team with constant input from Sous Chef, Chef and Dining Room Managers! Must be driven to Perfection, Pleasant, Enthusiastic to help the Team and absolutely Dependable. First we become “Good”, than we become “Fast and Excellent”! Regardless this is a Permanent Job with lots of variety. Working with other Team workers and Managers to satisfy customers and team members. You must be fasted paced and a quick learner.

This is a Permanent Full-time job so a longer commitment is preferred.
Yearly Pay is $69,000 which includes $33,937 Yearly Salary and including $35,063 in Equivalent with taxes paid and Studio Apartment (Sink,Fridge) and Food of 3 meals a day at Staff Kitchen. Expectation is you work 40.5 hours per week, with Shifts ranging from 3 hours to 13 hours, up to 11 days out of every 14 days working. Where Room and Board is already deducted from pay. You will live in your own Private Studio Apartment Accommodation with one double bed. And Gym, in-room Streaming Internet, and more at no extra cost.
NET (after all taxes and fees are paid) Take Home Pay Per Year = $28,330 for your car/cell phone/personal debt/savings/fun. Typical and Usually 1 to 2 days off per week. Resort is Closed for Christmas December 18th to 25th, with Pay.
