JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
