THE JOB: As a Spa & Salon Sale Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within Spa & Salon. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $14.50 (plus 3% commission rate) THE DAY-TO-DAY: Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments. Assist guests with their needs and drive sales. Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals. Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping. Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management. Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 18 years old or older.
