JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Freelance Sales Executive with a strong background in selling GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products and services within the Oil & Gas or Construction sectors. This role is fully commission-based and suited for an individual with excellent industry connections and a passion for sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in GRP products, Oil & Gas, or Construction industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GRP materials, applications, and market needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

  • Sharjah, UAE, with client visits across the UAE as required

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for GRP product solutions (e.g., GRP tanks, pipes, manholes, panels, gratings, etc.).
  • Generate leads in Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to support project quotations and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, project announcements, and competitor products.
  • Submit timely reports on client meetings, prospects, and market feedback.
