JOB DESCRIPTION:

PSL Arabia Shipping and Logistic Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding and possess a strong understanding of the logistics industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic development of the company’s sales objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry, particularly in the UAE market.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
