JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to join a growing organization based in Pasig. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, managing field and account activities, and supporting business growth within the laboratory equipment and technical B2B space. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, is comfortable with fieldwork, and has a passion for developing and mentoring people.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within laboratory equipment, medical devices, or other technical B2B industries
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Familiarity with selling to labs, hospitals, schools, or research facilities is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, client relationship, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
  • Willing to travel within South Luzon and Metro Manila
  • Willing to report onsite in Pasig and conduct regular fieldwork
  • Must reflect the organization’s values: presentable, well-spoken, committed, and results-driven
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client accounts
  • Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and training to new and existing sales staff
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development
  • Represent the company in trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities
