Job title: Sales Account Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE As a Sales Account Coordinator in the Fine Fragrance Experience team within our Perfumery & Beauty Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team throughout the Project-to-Order process. You will assist account managers in achieving objectives aligned with defined strategies, manage customer projects while fostering strong relationships, and ensure all commercial data is consistently updated. Additionally, you will handle sample orders and monitor processes using SAP and Excel to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities: Support sales executives in managing accounts, both externally with clients and internally across teams. Oversee project administration and account management activities, including customer data, product life cycle, and routine client inquiries. Handle customer projects end-to-end: enter and track in the project management tool, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage sampling for clients and consumer tests. Create and maintain product information, including new introductions, discontinuations, and related updates. Manage all commercial data and documentation, such as MDM requests, CMIRs, pricing and conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and submissions; ensure proper filing of contracts and agreements. Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions, respond to day-to-day client requests, and collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.
