About the Role The Sales & Account Coordinator supports the Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating internal handoffs, and serving as a primary point of contact for order status and execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and strong customer relationships. What You’ll Do Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams Schedule and track shipments based on inventory and production availability Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or billing Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and internal partners Why Spectro Alloys? Requirements What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role Associate degree, training program, or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) Reliable attendance and punctuality
