SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – CLIENT SERVICES

Location: Horsforth, Leeds (Hybrid)
Matter is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Director to lead client relationships,
drive campaign performance, and deliver measurable business results for our B2B
clients. You’ll bring energy, innovation, and strategic thinking to help grow accounts and
foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead point of contact for key clients, driving strategy and delivery
  • Develop and manage Client Development Plans to unlock growth opportunities
  • Use insights and market knowledge to proactively shape client strategies
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sales teams, and internal teams
  • Support financial management of accounts, forecasting, and scope control
  • Identify cross-agency opportunities within the Matter Group and coordinate delivery
