Description
Why LocalVR Since 2015, Local Vacation Rentals (LocalVR) has grown from a boutique property manager to an industry leader with over 500+ homes in Breckenridge, Park City, Lake Tahoe, Telluride, Vail, and now the 30A area. We offer a full-service, high-performing management model that combines local expertise with the professionalism and scale of a national brand — with the personal touch of a smaller company. Our performance, homeowner satisfaction, and guest experience consistently beat large national competitors. This Role You’ll be the face of LocalVR in 30A. That means building relationships with homeowners, agents, and local businesses. You’ll convert qualified leads (plus generate your own) and sign high-value homes. Expect to sign 2–5 contracts/month once ramped. This is not a cushy inbound role — it’s a mix of grind and strategy. If you’ve ever said “Just give me the phone and get out of my way,” this is your role. Why Sales at LocalVR Sales is the engine of our business. Our Account Executives (AEs) are the face of the company — turning homeowner pain points into strategic conversations and long-term partnerships. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales. Instead, we educate, problem-solve, and build trust with homeowners who are tired of underperformance, poor communication, or impersonal management from other firms. You’ll be selling a service that actually delivers on its promises — backed by strong operational execution and homeowner retention. This is a high-output, autonomy-driven role with meaningful support and best-in-class tools — not a micromanaged, inbound-heavy desk job. What We Are Looking For We’re looking for someone hungry, persistent, and strategic — someone who knows how to create opportunity where others see roadblocks. You’re not afraid of outreach. You know how to qualify a lead, build trust, and close a deal. You’re gritty and resourceful, and you take pride in your ability to win business. You’ll receive a list of qualified leads but are also expected to self-source, hustle, and network to grow your pipeline. You’ll be expected to learn our services inside and out and explain them confidently to skeptical or frustrated homeowners. This is a market-building role — you are not just closing deals, you’re expanding our presence and influence along the 30A corridor. What You Need to Succeed Proven experience in sales, preferably vacation rentals, real estate, or high-ticket services Located within 30 minutes of 30A — you know the market, the people, and the pulse Ability to build rapport fast and control the sales process through to close Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to move deals forward Comfortable in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight Resourceful and creative — you’ll be given autonomy and expected to use it well Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Gmail, and ideally Salesforce, Dialpad, and Slack Professional, persistent, and optimistic — you don’t fold after one “no” Responsibilities Master LocalVR’s service offering through training and continuous learning Conduct phone, video-calls, and in-person sales meetings across the 30A region Build and manage a pipeline of homeowners via CRM (Salesforce) Strategically follow up on qualified leads and self-source additional prospects Achieve ambitious contract-signing goals (2–5 per month after ramp-up) Run custom outreach campaigns via email, text, calls, letters, and networking Attend community events, real estate meetups, and partner with local agents Collaborate with operations and client success to ensure homeowner satisfaction Represent the LocalVR brand with integrity, confidence, and professionalism Work Environment 40 hours per week, outcome-focused Weekly team syncs, individual coaching, and performance tracking Culture of trust, not micromanagement — you own your numbers Fast and reliable Wi-Fi required for remote work Advancement potential based on results, not tenure Compensation, Benefits & Perks $60K base salary + uncapped commission OTE: $80K–$120K+/year Immediate 401k eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO policy Travel discounts across the LocalVR portfolio Be part of a high-performance team with real autonomy and high upside
Responsibilities
You will master LocalVR’s service offerings and conduct various sales meetings across the 30A region. Additionally, you will build and manage a pipeline of homeowners and achieve ambitious contract-signing goals.
