Description
Role Summary: The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is a pivotal role dedicated to driving revenue, expanding market share, and fueling organizational growth. Beyond simply closing deals, the SAE is responsible for cultivating long-term client relationships, conducting strategic market research, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the sales pipeline. An effective SAE must be comfortable with a dual-pronged approach to lead management; proactively identifying new business opportunities by re-engaging "cold" leads or initiating contact with untapped potential customers and managing "warm" leads generated through various channels. Ultimately, the SAE is expected to consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working collaboratively across the sales organization to ensure a seamless customer experience. Role Expectations: NEPQ Adherence Rate: Monitored calls follow NEPQ principles according to current organizational targets. Meetings Booked: An average of 5 meetings booked per day achieved. Cash Collection: Minimum of $110,000 cash collected monthly met or exceeded by the 4th month employed and consistently thereafter. Relationship Building: Clients will provide feedback of satisfaction with the relationship you build, your professionalism, the solutions provided, and overall service. We aren't transactional. A great relationship built today is a client forever. Training: We do things the NEPQ way, and a role here gives you access to the same coveted training that our clients are paying for. We expect that all sales team members are participating in their assigned trainings because we don't just say we believe in NEPQ - we live it. Reporting and Collaboration: Attend NEPQ webinars, team meetings, and 1:1's, we want our teams connected and supporting each other! Excellent CRM and End-of-Day reporting helps our teams tackle their targets. Pay Type: Commission, paid weekly on a Monday-Sunday schedule, with payment made on the second Friday after the sales week closes. Commission Structure: Cash Collected and Recurring Payment Plans $0.00 - $18,461: 8% $18,462 - $34,615: 10% $34,616 - $46,154: 13% $46,155 - $999,999: 14% 7th Level University $50 per sale after client has paid the first full month and company has successfully collected $100 Benefits for U.S. W2 Employees: 7th Level believes in investing in your health and wellness and offers a very affordable benefits package that includes 4 medical plan options with Cigna, dental and vision with Principal, and no-cost short term disability. You will be eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following your hire. In addition, you will be able to participate in 7th Levels 401K program. Work/Life Balance: Time to energize and recharge is pivotal to your success. We provide 80 hours paid vacation and 40 hours of paid sick time (paid at a rate of $17.95 per hour). In addition, we are closed and paid for 13 holidays each year. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years previous experience in sales closing in high-ticket sales. Minimum 2 years success in negotiating. Minimum 4 years in a customer service role. Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but equivalent experience plus high-school diploma will also be considered. NEPQ Certification or courses strongly preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. A strong sense of resilience and the ability to handle rejection. A high degree of persistence and a "hunter" mentality. Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and activities. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and other sales tools is a plus.
