He/ She will lead customer sales/support, including pricing evaluation, proposal development, pipeline development, market trend analysis, contract review, and conflict resolution Responsibilities Capture current and future revenue by developing new business opportunities while growing/maintaining existing business Identify and track business opportunities using various external databases. Requirements Proven working experience in Sales of precision machining, Aerospace or DOD Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred Basic technical knowledge of the manufacturing process Excellent ability to work within a team while fostering relationships with both internal and external customers. Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office, 365 Teams, CRM and ERP software’s Market knowledge Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills Experience with FARs and DFARs This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
