Job Summary AllCloud is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our Startup sales team. In this role, you will act as a "Hunter," focusing on high-velocity prospecting and developing new opportunities within the vibrant Israeli startup scene. You will be responsible for identifying early-to-mid-stage companies and prescriptive solution-selling to help them scale using AWS and cloud technology. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment, comfortable engaging with everyone from hands-on founders to technical leads. Summary of Key Responsibilities Quota-Carrying Role: Own and drive the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing. Active Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new business signals within the Israeli startup ecosystem. Strategic Engagement: Lead hands-on participation in tactical engagements to harness the benefits of cloud technology for growing ventures. Value Connection: Connect AllCloud and AWS solutions directly to a startup’s ROI and speed-to-market goals. Requirements 6+ years of tech sales experience: Specifically within the Israeli startup market, focused on AWS/GCP/Azure. Proven "Hunter" Track Record: Demonstrated ability to independently source leads, navigate the local ecosystem, and meet quarterly targets. Agility: Ability to perform effectively without oversight in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment. Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong local network and understanding of the unique challenges faced by Israeli startups. Technical Literacy: Ability to connect relationally with technical stakeholders (CTOs/DevOps).
