AVANTIER – A Premium Custom Optics Manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales to join their expanding sales team. This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO. Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities include: Managing the Full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue. Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them. Negotiating and closing deals with clients. · Consistently meet all monthly and quarterly sales goals. Skills/Qualifications: The ideal Account Executive will have: 3+ years of B2B sales success. Ability to Cold Call daily, Follow up and Close deals Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close Generate Outbound as well as handle inbound leads Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.
