Qualifications * Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry. * A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. * Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. * A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals. * A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
