JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation, account management, and the development of strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to B2B sales and a keen understanding of technology sales and marketing strategies. The Account Executive will leverage their expertise in Salesforce and technical sales to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
  • Experience in managing a book of business

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting services, selling technology solutions to C-level decision-makers or purchasing managers in mid to large enterprises
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical degree
  • Ability to understand a customer’s business needs and work with the account team to architect a buying vision around ChaiOne’s solutions that solve business issues
  • Demonstrated success with executing account strategies and closing opportunities
  • Operational excellence in managing a pipeline of opportunities, revenue forecasting, and conducting account/forecast reviews with senior management
  • Understanding of mobile applications technologies and strategic direction or a solid understanding of technical solutions and the ability to quickly gain understanding of ChaiOne’s technologies, solutions, and business value
  • Familiarity with sales management tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with demand generation and inbound marketing tools such as Marketo

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the industrial sector
  • MBA or other advanced business degree
