POUR ÊTRE QUALIFIÉ POUR CE POSTE, VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR :

  • Une vaste expérience dans la création et la conclusion d’affaires dans l’espace des services professionnels spécifiquement axés sur les solutions de données et d’IA.
  • Une compréhension approfondie des concepts de données et des plateformes telles que snowflake, data bricks, etc.
  • Expérience dans l’architecture de solutions de données traditionnelles et en nuage pour les clients.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente directe
  • Capacité avérée à travailler dans un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe.
  • Démonstration d’engagement, de travail d’équipe et de collaboration dans un cadre professionnel.
  • Niveau d’énergie élevé, concentration et capacité à travailler dans des environnements clients exigeants.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (écrite et orale) et aux relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solides capacités de leadership, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Origination of data opportunities ranging from legacy data migration to modernization (ex: data fabric) type opportunities.
  • Ability to convince clients on the right data solution leveraging their cloud investments.
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interacts with senior management levels of our clients and as so be able determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.
  • You will execute outbound calls and hunting to determine interest in KPI Digital’s consulting services and software offerings. You will be a resource to prospects, define and qualify the high-level solution & opportunity.
  • Negotiate new contracts, expand sales territory, and support customers through the various stages of the sale.
  • Responsible for initiating, responding to, identifying, and developing business opportunities.
  • Be a team player proposing digital transformation projects and growth strategies.
  • You recognize the importance of tracking activity, sales progress and opportunity details in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • You will infiltrate (land & expand) an account within multiple lines of business (finance, marketing, analytics, contact centre, IT etc.) at the senior executive level.
  • You will take advantage of great training and education.
Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sales Executive, you will serve as a member of KPI Digital sales team, continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities with enterprise and mid-market organizational leaders within your territory. You are a growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise.
You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the technologies.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Extensive experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Data & AI Solutions.
  • Deep understanding of data concepts and platforms like snowflake, data bricks, etc.
  • Experience in architecting traditional and cloud data solution for clients.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Fully Bilingual (English / French) for roles based in Montreal and across the country.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
