As a Sales Account Executive (Closer) at Programmer Force, your primary responsibility will be to finalize deals and onboard potential customers within the technology and software development sector, focusing on RegTech and KYC/AML/KYB solutions. This role bridges the gap between the Marketing and Sales teams, leveraging your expertise to convert qualified prospects into loyal clients. Success in this role hinges on your ability to understand client needs, articulate value propositions, negotiate effectively, and close deals. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships in the regulatory technology landscape.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



    • Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in the technology sector.

    • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and objection handling within technology-focused industries.
    • Experience selling to technology-driven organizations, with a strong grasp of client needs and challenges in the software development space.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into loyal clients while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales software to manage pipelines, track activities, and optimize performance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    GREAT TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in a closer role within the technology sector, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with software development processes, coding practices, and industry standards, enabling you to understand and address client requirements effectively.
    • Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 3-9 months, including navigating complex deal structures.
    • Knowledge of reseller/system integration channels in cybersecurity or identity management solutions, providing insight into additional revenue streams and partnerships.
    Responsibilities
    • Take full ownership of closing deals and securing commitments from potential clients in the technology and software development sectors.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Build and nurture client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting to closing.
    • Employ advanced sales techniques and negotiation skills to address objections and finalize agreements.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline the sales process and effectively address client concerns.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Programmer Force’s products and services to communicate their value effectively.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
