Essential Functions: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the Fragrance & Flavors business. Identify and pursue new market and customer opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a go-to-market approach and sales tools Develop commercial proposals for regional fragrance & flavor RFP’s Support the execution of customer-specific requirements and initiatives Provide customers with product concepts, submission documents, and presentations Proactively manage the project pipeline and communicate progress updates Requirements Ability to develop compelling commercial proposals and sales strategies. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strategic thinker with an innovative and transparent approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Effectively manages one's own time, prioritizing responsibilities, and adapting workflow to changing conditions. Travel – Comfortable traveling 30-50%, all within assigned territory. Position reports to: Director of North American Sales Requirements: College degree and 7+ years prior experience in business development, sales, or related role within the fragrance and flavor industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related Field. This position works out of Arylessence’s office in Marietta, GA with travel as necessary.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the Fragrance & Flavors business while identifying new market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective sales tools.
