We’re hiring multiple full-time Sales & Account Executive to join our team in downtown Vancouver. Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings.

Some key accountabilities will be:

  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (50 B2B outbound calls per day) while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

As the Sales & Account Executive, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.
