Job Description We are looking for someone enthusiastic and with a positive attitude to fill the Account Executive position inside our company. You will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Primary duties Develop the account executive sales role at the company Autonomously managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including making visits to customers and effectively presenting PAL Robotics' products and solutions. Proactively sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest. Understanding customer needs and requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest General sales administration as required Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Giving sales presentations and performing effective demos to a range of prospective clients and partners Participate in the development of the sales strategy Other duties Calculate, quote, negotiate price, deliveries and terms of sale Assist in public tender / public purchase procedures Provide support / participate in national and international trade shows, fairs and events Support the review and coordination of commercial and legal agreements in collaboration with the legal and administrative departments Provide support to other departments as needed Qualifications Desired Requirements 2 years of experience in a commercial team Technical or scientific knowledge is a huge plus Native or proficient level of English. Spanish, French, German and Italian are a big plus. Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day Experience working with CRM (Hubspot ideally) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of international trade (customs, duties, tariff, etc.) Working knowledge of ticketing systems Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges Good knowledge of Office / Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets…) Knowledge of RFID technology Availability to travel Valid permit to work in Spain Valid driver’s license Real passion for the robotics technology, having a deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem Desired Soft Skills Methodic Ability to work well under moderate supervision Perform multiple, diverse tasks at the same time Work well under pressure Proactive and independent at the job As all job functions are time-sensitive, must have ability to remain on-task and produce output within the time frame required Additional Information We offer: You will be part of a dynamic and international team in a constantly growing and developing environment in a fulfilling and inclusive equal opportunity workplace.
