Collaborate with our leadership team to align business goals and strategies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales or recruiting, ideally within IT staffing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting tools. Existing client or candidate network in IT (preferred but not required). Open to other Vertical Niches. This isn’t a traditional job—it’s a business partnership.
