A huge part of this role is building referral partnerships with people you trust enough to refer to your own clients-including CPAs, insurance agents, bankers, and benefits specialists. You're not just selling a service; you're helping local businesses grow by connecting them with the right partners. The Compensation We believe in being transparent about pay from the start: Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 OTE: $80,000 – $100,000 (Uncapped) Growth: We have a multi-tiered career path. As you grow your territory, there are opportunities for higher base salaries and significantly higher earning potential. Who We Are Looking For The Professional: You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience and a track record of hitting your goals. The Local Expert: You know the area, and understand that a handshake and a conversation with a local business owner go further than generic email campaigns.
