Job Description Sales Account Executive Deine Aufgaben: Als Sales Account Executive (m/w/d) B2B SaaS in unserer Business Unit "Intelligent Document Automation" (IDA) übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: Du verantwortest die aktive Neukundengewinnung und vermarktest eigenständig unsere digitalen Lösungen bei neuen Kunden im gehobenen Mittelstand. Du analysierst und vereinfachst die Geschäftsprozesse potenzieller Kunden, indem du sie ganzheitlich konzeptionell, technisch und kommerziell berätst und auf ihrem Weg in die digitale Zukunft begleitest. Unterstützt durch unsere Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), die qualifizierte Termine durch Outbound-Aktivitäten generieren, übernimmst du die Lead-Qualifizierung, Bedarfsanalyse und den gesamten Sales Cycle bis zum Abschluss. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit PreSales und Professional Services konzipierst, designst und entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte, innovative Kundenlösungen. Du trägst die volle Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für dein Verkaufsgebiet und steuerst deine Pipeline zielgerichtet und nachhaltig. Exzellente Erfahrung im Consultative & Solution Selling Du beherrschst die strukturierte Ansprache von Neukunden, führst tiefgehende Bedarfsanalysen durch und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden maßgeschneiderte Lösungen mit messbarem Business Impact, insbesondere in komplexen Sales-Zyklen im Upper Midmarket und Enterprise-Umfeld. Fundierte Sales-Seniorität Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Software-, IT- oder Lösungsvertrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf größere mittelständische Unternehmen oder Konzerne. Souveräne Kommunikation auf C-Level und Entscheiderebene Du überzeugst IT-, Finance- und Geschäftsführungsstakeholder durch klare Argumentation, starke Präsentationen und ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeit, auch in strategisch anspruchsvollen Buying Centern. Starker Track Record im New Business Du hast nachweisliche Erfolge im Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und steuerst Opportunities end-to-end – von der ersten Ansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit PreSales und technischen Experten zusammen und übersetzt Anforderungen in belastbare, skalierbare Lösungskonzepte. Strukturiertes Arbeiten in komplexen Umfeldern Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Projekt- und Prozessverständnis mit, steuerst mehrere Stakeholder parallel und behältst stets den Überblick. Technologisches Verständnis Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in digitalen Dokumentenprozessen, E-Invoicing oder EDI oder hast die Motivation, dich schnell in komplexe B2B-Lösungen einzuarbeiten.
