In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. As a vital link between the company and our client base, you will work to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our products effectively. Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts. Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure product satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and engagement. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine customer engagement tactics. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and market demands. Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or health care sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in google Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
