Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account updates to clients and management. Track account performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets. Preferred: Proven track record of managing high-value accounts. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
