Dive into an exciting role as an Account Executive. Reporting to the Sales Leader, your mission will be to meet and exceed sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling the SkillsWave product through professional sales techniques. We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and capable experienced sales individual with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions within education-as-a-benefit and corporate training space. This role must possess an in-depth knowledge of corporate training. The successful candidate will spend most of their time in the field developing and cultivating prospects, moving them through the sales process and closing new business.

(SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in solution software sales industries. Knowledge of education-as-a-benefit and corporate training space preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended (technical, business or education-related is ideal)
  • Successful achievement of 1M+ quotas, consultative enterprise/solution or technical sales.

YOUR SUPER SKILLS AND THE WAVE-RIDING EXPERTISE WE NEED:

  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers
  • Expertise in cultivating strong lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Expertise in the market and competitive landscape will help us stay ahead of trends and position our offerings effectively.
  • Skilled in designing tailored solutions using the right products and services to align with client business objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing a pipeline of 50+ accounts at any given time
  • High proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools that will help streamline processes and keep things running smoothly.
  • Adaptability to adjust strategies quickly in a fast-paced environment, responding to new challenges and opportunities.
