As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with regional clients and internal teams to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across the Middle East. Your role will be pivotal in building strong client relationships, particularly with tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, and delivering innovative AI solutions that support their business objectives and align with our strategic goals.
Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand SymphonyAI’s footprint in the Middle East region.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients within the retail sector, focusing on tier 1 and 2 grocery retailers, to understand their business challenges and present tailored AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive client satisfaction and retention.
