REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Sales Account Executive focused on SMBs, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, building strong relationships with potential customers, and contribute to the overall growth of the business globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers receive exceptional service
This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth and a real opportunity for career progression within our commercial function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (SMB)

  • Identify and prospect potential SMB clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Develop proposals, respond to RFP’s and conduct high-quality online sales presentations for prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
