REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As Sales Account Executive focused on SMBs, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, building strong relationships with potential customers, and contribute to the overall growth of the business globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers receive exceptional service
This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth and a real opportunity for career progression within our commercial function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (SMB)
- Identify and prospect potential SMB clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- Develop proposals, respond to RFP’s and conduct high-quality online sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
