We’re looking for junior up to mid-career candidates with at least a year of outbound sales experience and the confidence to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account management. You’ll be comfortable working toward KPIs and using CRMs to stay organised, efficient, and data-driven. You’re the kind of person who’s naturally curious, results-focused, and excited by growth — yours and your clients’. You show grit, bounce back quickly, and love the chase.

Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded*:

  • SaaS, software, recruitment, or media sales experience
  • A strong phone presence and the ability to build quick rapport
  • Experience in high-activity sales environments
  • Familiarity with consultative sales approaches
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor solutions with confidence
