You will gain exposure to enterprise SaaS sales, GTM strategy, AI-led hiring transformation, and international market expansion while working directly with experienced founders, operators, and investors. What We’re Looking For ✔️ 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or full-cycle closing roles ✔️ Strong experience selling into the US market, with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics, enterprise buying cycles, and customer expectations ✔️ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and quota targets ✔️ Experience managing complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close ✔️ Strong consultative selling, solution-selling, and go-to-market execution capabilities ✔️ Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools ✔️ Familiarity with outbound sales, lead generation, GTM motions, account expansion, and revenue growth strategies ✔️ Experience engaging with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and executive stakeholders across the US region ✔️ Previous experience in AI, SaaS, HRTech, recruitment technology, or B2B tech products is strongly preferred ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred What You’ll Do ✔️ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and signed contracts ✔️ Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through strategic and consultative SaaS selling ✔️ Expand Qureos’ footprint across the US market while identifying new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships ✔️ Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers ✔️ Execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and market penetration ✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, founders, and executive stakeholders ✔️ Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to maximize pipeline conversion and customer outcomes ✔️ Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, and reporting across all active opportunities ✔️ Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to strengthen product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy ✔️ Navigate US-based enterprise sales environments, procurement cycles, and stakeholder management processes effectively What We Offer ✔️ Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure ✔️ Opportunity to join a high-growth, VC-backed AI company scaling across global markets ✔️ Direct exposure to AI, SaaS, HRTech, and enterprise go-to-market strategy ✔️ Flexible and collaborative work environment ✔️ Structured onboarding, enablement, sales coaching, and continuous learning opportunities ✔️ Direct access to experienced founders, operators, and investors
