SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Establishes and implements strategic objectives for Sales and Marketing in conjunction with the Senior Management Team
• Develops the Sales and Marketing budget
• Manages and maintains a professional relationship with existing Key Accounts
• Creates new business opportunities by pursuing and developing relationships with new accounts
• Performs on-going research in the pursuit of new product development
• Establishes and implements marketing strategies that meet the organizational philosophy “Do It Right The First Time”
• Designs and facilitates implementation of promotional initiatives to boost brand image

IDEAL QUALIFICATION:

• University degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in a Sales/Marketing role with at least 5 (five) years in a senior capacity within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent understanding of Account Management, Customer Service and Brand Management principles
• Fully proficient in Excel, Word; and Microsoft and ERP; experience with NAVISION a definite asset
• Excellent diplomatic, persuasive and negotiation skills
• Excellent ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills, with emphasis on time management and multi-tasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under moderate pressure in order to meet scheduled deadlines
• Team player able to work independently and relate with all levels of staff and Procedures at all times
