We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to lead B2B sales efforts and establish strong relationships with commercial, institutional, and municipal clients. This role involves working with C-suite executives in sustainability, marketing, and management, guiding them through a 6–18 month sales cycle. The ideal candidate will identify sales opportunities, close key deals, and ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions that meet business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in company branding, renewable energy, distributed generation, or other high-impact sectors.
  • Account Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships, manage time effectively, and close high-value deals.
  • Diverse Background: Experience working with small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth industries.
  • Strategic and Critical Thinking: Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Driven and Collaborative: Self-motivated with a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Persuasive, empathetic, and effective in both verbal and written communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Education and Mobility: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, with the ability to travel within the sales territory.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure strategic sales opportunities that align with customer sustainability and branding goals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations that effectively showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by targeting new clients and nurturing relationships to generate repeat business and secure testimonials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure messaging and product positioning are aligned.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market incentives, and competitive landscape to offer insightful guidance to clients.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Work closely with leadership and report directly to the President.
