A strong track record in the baking and confectionery industry and experience in enzyme sales Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time An advanced degree (bachelor´s or higher) in business, finance, or a science or technology field related to food & beverages The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700.00-$150,000.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
