As a Sales Account Manager at Hilti, you’ll be the face of our business and the foundation of our direct sales model. You’ll spend your time out in the field, working closely with customers five days a week, using a consultative approach to help them improve productivity, safety, and sustainability on their projects.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account’s portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

Scope: Anchor job in Account Manager structure.

  • Everyday you’ll visit customer sites across your designated region to understand their needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
  • Alongside showcasing our innovative products you’ll focus on developing key customer relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to spot potential, build trust, and convert leads into long-term partnerships will be key to your success.
  • You’ll take full ownership of the operational, organisational, and strategic account management of your sales area, supported by our best-in-class Salesforce CRM system to help you stay connected, informed, and efficient.
