About the role As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Get Flooring to our commercial clients across the Greater Chicago Area and beyond. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with General Contractors, Builders, and key stakeholders, while ensuring every client experience reflects our values of trust, quality, and care. This role is perfect for a driven, outgoing professional who thrives on hitting sales goals, developing new business, and collaborating with a high-energy team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and maintaining long-term partnerships. What you'll do Identify, contact, and build lasting relationships with General Contractors and Builders to secure commercial flooring projects. Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring clients receive seamless support throughout. Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Prospect and develop new leads through outbound business development calls and warm leads provided. Accurately maintain client information, project status, and pipeline activity in CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, project managers, installers) to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in weekly planning meetings to set sales goals, track performance, and share market insights. Qualifications 3+ years of professional sales experience (call center, inside/outside sales, or Sales account management). Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in construction, architecture, or the sale of flooring materials/services strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Fast learner with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and MS Office/Google Suite tools. Availability to work Monday – Friday during U.S. business hours (7:00 pm – 4:00 am PKT). Must provide your own PC/laptop with camera and headset.
