Job Description

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, software or a related field from a recognised University or Institution

SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge or previous experience with CRM tools would be advantageous

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful previous experience of 7-8 years as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

  • Develop Business and make sales strategies.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the account executives /Key Account Manager’s/Sales account managers.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires account executives based on criteria agreed upon by the senior management.
  • Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
