About the role We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own and grow our existing client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client retention. What you’ll do: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients Build strong relationships with key decision-makers Drive revenue growth Run regular client check-ins and QBRs Identify client needs and tailor solutions Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance and other teams Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance tracking Spot risks early and turn opportunities into growth What we’re looking for: Experience in Account Management Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries Fluent English (C1+) Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication & negotiation abilities Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset Nice to have: Enterprise client experience Payments / fintech product knowledge Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian) What we offer: Gross salary starting from 2975 EUR + performance-based bonus 2nd pillar pension coverage Encouragement and funds to support your learning needs An extra vacation day on your birthday Hybrid work options between the office in Vilnius and anywhere you desire Workations, health challenges & other types of quality time A team which values high standards in client care, product quality and each other
