What You'll Do Build and grow customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits (Chicago area). Recommend custom solutions and close deals across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Prepare quotes, specs, and drawings tailored to customer needs. Drive new business and exceed monthly sales goals. Keep accurate records of client communications and opportunities. Requirements What You Bring 2+ years of B2B/industrial sales experience with a track record of success. Ability to sell technical/customizable products (comfortable with measurements, math, etc.). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resourceful. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. Reliable transportation for occasional local client visits.
