Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will proactively contribute to overall growth of the JustHeat™ portfolio, developing robust client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities. You will be involved in every part of product lifecycle, from prototyping and design for manufacturing (DFM) to validation processes (DVP).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key accounts and collaborating with the internal teams to deliver fast and efficient client solutions and oversee design iterations
  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports and accurate sales forecasts showcasing sustainable growth of the JustHeat™ client base and portfolio
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Building brand awareness and representing the company at trade exhibitions, conferences and client meetings
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Consistent measurable and sustainable growth of the JustHeat™ client base and portfolio
