As we continue to grow, we’re seeking exceptional high performing Sales Representatives based in the U.S. to enhance our sales efforts and become part of our current high-performing sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking results driven, highly motivated Sales Representatives who excel in high-ticket sales environments, especially those proficient with phone-based, one-call closing techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to convert warm leads into valuable clients, leveraging your consultative sales knowledge to offer customized solutions leveraging our suite of various products. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth within a dynamic and remote team.

  • Base Pay- $36,000 Plus Uncapped Commission OTE Range $90,000 - $150,000+

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experiences in high-ticket sales environments, with a strong focus on phone sales and one-call closes.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in similar role
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and the ability to discuss these fluently with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads.
  • Self-motivated, with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Convert warm leads into clients through phone based consultative sales..
  • Utilize one-call closing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Outsourced Doers services to prospective clients.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and sales strategies.
