Your Mission: Drive Growth, Build Loyalty, Deliver ExcellenceAs a Key Account Manager, youll play a pivotal role in expanding the companys footprint by nurturing key client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts to meet personal sales and gross profit targets.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities through proactive outreach and client visits.
  • Conducting regular account care calls and managing pricing updates.
  • Setting up and demonstrating the companys e-commerce platform to new and existing clients.
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and logging opportunities in CRM tools (ACT!, OOP).
  • Collaborating with the Business Support Advisor (BSA) to ensure seamless customer care.
  • Reporting on KPIs, sales performance, and client interactions to the Sales Manager.

Work Structure:

  • Office-based in Wateringen on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Field visits to clients and prospects from Tuesday to Thursday.

Your Profile: Commercially Sharp, Customer-Centric

  • Proven negotiation and sales skills with a consultative approach.
  • Solid understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
  • Training in sales, time management, or relationship management is a plus.
