The Jr. Account Manager is part of the Sales & Marketing Department, and reports to the AVP Sales & Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for serving as one of the customer’s primary points of contact on client specific issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales and account management in the packaged goods industry an asset
Experience in cosmetic manufacturing is an asset
Must have trend consciousness and a passion for fashion and cosmetics
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

- Courses in business, fashion, cosmetics, sales, or marketing an asset

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain up to date customer profiles
Develop relationships with customer, and serve as one of the customer’s primary point of contact
Monitor new development projects for both new and existing accounts, including working with the R&D team and coordinating cosmetic samples
Coordinate purchase orders between the Operations department and customers
Monitor inventory and shipment details

- Provide excellent customer service with thorough knowledge of company products, services, and features in order to meet customer needs
